Investigating - We are aware of an issue affecting Tractivity that is impacting the Reporting module. Users may experience problems accessing reports, running reports, and receiving scheduled reports.

This issue may also affect other areas of the system linked to the Reporting module, including User Management (for example, adding or removing users).

Our team is actively investigating and working to restore full service as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
